Yoga Therapy

As a yoga therapist, I am professionally trained to work 1:1 with individuals using yogic techniques, including specific movement, breath, education, meditation and connection to joy. The possibilities for yoga therapy intervention are endless. From insomnia, physical issues, chronic pain management, digestive concerns, mental health concerns, grief and autoimmune conditions are just a few areas of suffering that can be managed.

This present-centered, individualized practice, creates connection & awareness with the flow of your body and environment. Your participation in practice will bring change in your awareness and mental well-being. As you practice the program developed for you, your systems move toward ease and balance. You're able to find greater harmony and peace.

Please reach out using the link on this website. We can discuss your needs, session frequency and length of time spent during each session. The initial session can be up to 1.5 hours, depending on the complexity of the situation. This investment in Yoga Therapy is $100.00 per hour. A sliding scale or scholarship is available as needed.
