
A sense of loss and grief can come from many different sources; Loss of a loved one, a sense of self, an opportunity or countless other life experiences. Sometimes, it can are difficult to even acknowledge you are grieving or know how to manage that sense of grief.
In this two hour class, Jen will lead participants toward navigating through their feelings of grief, loss and love. Jen uses journaling prompts, yoga asana, pranayama (breath work), and mindful visualization tools to support students as they work through the Cycle of Compassionate Transformation (Awareness, expression, connection and surrender).
This class is for anyone that wants to find a lightened sense of grace and compassion for themselves and others. This is an all-levels asana class. Participants will have an opportunity to journal and bring a blanket for savasana.
