In the quiet stillness of winter, we gather in the North Georgia mountains for a weekend that is warm, protected, and deeply held. Sacred Territory is not performative. It is not “wellness-y.” It is not about fixing or forcing or becoming someone new.

This space comes from lived experience. Wisdom that has been received from deep challenge and that has been sat with. From love that continues. From knowing what it feels like to need to be witnessed and held — and choosing to create that reverent holding for others.

Trusting the internal ethic of yoga, Ishvara Pranidhana we honor the devotional surrender of softening into something greater than ourselves…a Sacred Letting…. Honoring our being and allowing a greater unfolding…

Not bypassing. Not forced surrender.

Not flinching when something real shows up...

But a soft laying down.

A sanctuary where presence is gentle, learning that events of the past don't have to control you. Your steadiness is rediscovered, love is embodied, grace is practiced, and forgiveness — when it is ready — is welcomed.

This retreat is about tending.

Tending the nervous system.

Tending the heart and your flame within.

Tending the parts of you that have carried too much, too quietly.

Your story is sacred territory. Your physical and emotional body is sacred territory. Your healing unfolds at its own pace.

• You may remember who you are beneath the noise.

Throughout the weekend, we will move gently through:

• Therapeutic and accessible yoga practices.

• Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra for deep nervous system repair.

• Breath work to regulate and soften.

• Guided inquiry, reflection & sacred circles.

• Time in nature among Elohee’s land & forest trails.

• Self-love through spa services with advanced notice.

Sacred Territory is for women who:

• Are navigating transition, quiet change or grief.

• Long for safety without spotlight.

• Carry responsibility for others and rarely exhale themselves.

• Desire warmth and containment, not performance.

• Desire to begin 2027 with steadiness rather than urgency.

• Are ready to reconnect to their inner wisdom in a protected space.

No advanced yoga experience is required.

All practices are adaptable and trauma-informed.

Deposit and Payment Schedule:

The prices listed below are per person and include accommodations, meals, and all programming. You may pay in installments on your time. Limited space available.

There is a $350, non-refundable, deposit required to hold your spot. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the retreat.

• En Suite Bed and Bath Booked! ~ Private King room and bathroom, waterfall view, second floor.

•  Patio Room $850 Booked! ~ Queen room with patio. Shared bathroom, second floor. May share with friend, $750.

• Sun Trail Room $775/pp ~ Double room (one full/one twin), shared bathroom, second floor.

• Woodland Room $775/pp Booked! ~ Double room (two twins), shared bathroom, third floor. 

• Heart Room $725/pp ~ Triple shared room (three twins), shared bathroom, third floor.

• Wine Cellar Room Booked! ~ Small, cozy room on the first floor. No window. Shared full bathroom with others on first floor.

Cancellation Policy:

I fully understand that life is unpredictable and cancellations sometimes happen.

If you need to cancel your registration, the following refund policy applies:

● The $350 deposit is non-refundable.

● If you cancel more than six weeks before the retreat, you will receive a refund of all payments made minus the deposit.

● If you cancel between six and four weeks before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

● If you cancel within four weeks of the retreat, refunds will not be provided.

Because retreat planning involves financial commitments to the retreat center and other expenses made in advance, we are not able to make exceptions to this policy. I strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance if you are concerned about potential financial risk.

If the retreat must be canceled by the facilitators due to illness, emergency, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, I will offer an alternate retreat date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
