In a world that often feels fast, reactive, and overstimulating, Sattva invites us back to clarity, steadiness, and gentle light.
The Light We Draw is a 6-hour immersive yoga and art workshop designed to cultivate inner balance through embodied movement, breath, reflection, and creative expression. Together, we will explore Sattva — the quality of harmony, presence, and compassionate awareness — not as something to achieve, but as something to uncover.
Through mindful yoga practice, nervous system-informed breathwork, and guided drawing experiences, participants will gently shift from reactivity toward regulation… from busyness toward clarity… from self-judgment toward creative presence.
No artistic experience is necessary. This is not about making “good art.”
It is about noticing the light that is already within you — and allowing it to move through your hands.
Throughout the day we will:
Explore the gunas and the role of Sattva in emotional and energetic balance
Practice a steady, grounding yoga flow designed to regulate and clarify
Engage in guided drawing exercises that invite reflection and self-compassion
Integrate rest, journaling, and quiet moments of stillness
Close with deep relaxation to anchor the experience
This workshop is for anyone seeking:
Greater clarity and calm
A creative and embodied reset
A compassionate space to reconnect with themselves
A day of gentle nourishment for body, mind, and heart
You will leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more connected — not because something was added, but because something within was remembered.
